I use a National Cycle removable shield. It's 15" high; I'd prefer it about 2 inches higher, but even at 15" it makes a huge difference on the highway, cutting back and neck fatigue way down. And it looks pretty good on the Savage. See my earlier post on this forum for more details. I think you can get a National Cycle removable that is higher, by the way. And if you decide to buy a National Cycle shield, call them and they'll give you the number of a discounter.
